Site Policy

1. How is my order shipped?

Shop ships all domestic and international orders via United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, orders will not be shipped on national holidays. Delivery is available to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

Shop has a standard handling time of 1 to 2 business days. During shows order processing may take up to 72 hours. Shipping times will vary depending on the level of service you choose. We offer several options.

  • First class mail:
  • Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
  •      Priority Overnight: 1 business day
  •      International Priority: 6 to 10 business days 

3. US Shipping 

Each order incurs a handling charge of $5.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Those fees are in addition to the actual shipping charges which will be determined based on the level of service you choose.

4. International Shipping

All International orders will be shipped via United Postal Service and will be shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery times will vary by country. Although rare, any additional tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. that your country may impose are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. What is your Return Policy?

Shop will accept returns of online purchases up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Clothing/Hats must be unworn and have the original tags still on the garment. Novelties and CD’s/DVD’s must be returned unopened. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? 

If any package or items appear to have been damaged in transit, please contact to receive a return label. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a full refund. If you have any questions, please email Shop Barrett Jackson at or call 1-480-515-1500.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been received, it can take up to 7 business days to be processed. Once processed, a credit card refund can take up to 7 days to appear on your account. We are not able to refund shipping charges.

8. How long does it take to process an order?

All domestic orders on may take up to 2 business days to process. Orders may be slightly delayed (additional 24-48 hours) during auction events.  International Orders are processed once a week and are shipped out on Fridays.
